On The Big Day

One Lead Coordinator and one Assistant on-site for up to 12 hours

Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors

Greet and coordinate vendors to ensure everyone is ready for key events throughout the day

Oversee setup and teardown of ceremony and reception décor

Provide a fully stocked wedding day “emergency kit”

Manage details such as guest books, favors, menus, name cards, programs, etc.
